Women's Leadership Development Workshops
Women want a place to safe space within which to share their experiences and build relationships with other women leaders. In addition to our Integrated Leadership™ Women’s Leadership coaching, we provide customized leadership development workshops targeted to corporate Women’s Initiatives and Women’s Networks. These workshops can be half-day or full-day events or be incorporated into longer-term programs that have coaching as an integral supporting component for more sustainable learning.
We have found that women’s values of connection, collaboration and community are best served by workshops with high degrees of interaction, story telling, and shared learning. Our clients tend to focus on topics such as authenticity and finding one’s voice, gaining visibility, thinking strategically, developing leadership presence, taking risks, communicating assertively, influencing without authority, establishing mentoring relationships, finding and maintaining balance, and navigating politics and building informal networks.
