Some of our clients work for companies and organizations that either don’t provide coaching or limit coaching to particular populations. These clients come to us for the same reasons as our corporate clients — to enhance their leadership performance — but they pay for our services out of their own pockets and we structure our coaching process somewhat differently. As we do with our corporate clients, we partner with our private coaching clients to help them articulate leadership development goals and support them through the process of making behavioral, mental and attitudinal changes that will enable them to achieve those goals and sustain success.
