To begin the coaching process we utilize a number of supportive tools starting with our Integrated Leadership Self-Assessment™ to determine strengths and developmental areas from the client’s perspective. To gain a deeper understanding of the client’s communication and behavior style we prefer to use the DISC assessment tool.

We conduct our private client coaching virtually (via telephone in order to hold costs down) and have never met face-to-face with 90 percent of our private clients.

We remain flexible in our scheduling and adapt to the requirements of clients, but, generally, we suggest meeting for hour-long coaching sessions, every other week. All conversations between the coach and the client are confidential.
